Cynthia draws on 20+ years of experience to help you gain relief  from trauma, stress, chronic pain, chronic illness, insomnia, anxiety and depression. She is drawn to the care of people and groups living with stress manifesting in the body as chronic pain particularly neck, jaw and back pain, as well as digestive issues, pelvic floor disorders, hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) and immune system disorders.

As a yoga therapist and wellness coach, Cynthia specializes in stress reduction and nervous system regulation. She serves as your wellness coach, meditation guide, and somatic mindfulness educator working with adults and athletes who live with stress, injury, illness, or pain, to achieve health and well-being goals. Integrating the ancient wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Cynthia combines modern, evidence-based neuroscience to support clients through life's challenges and transitions.

Her approach is gentle and compassionate. She  encourages you to progress in tune with your own body’s innate wisdom. Clients improve their physical, mental and spiritual strength, flexibility, balance, fitness and quality of life. She is especially passionate about developing your skills and abilities to reduce stress and regulate your nervous system.

Clients receive custom-designed therapeutic plans to promote your best health considering your preferred learning style, health status, lifestyle and resources. Cynthia collaborates with your healthcare team, including chiropractors, acupuncturists, holistic nutrition specialists, physical therapists, psychologists, among others to ensure support concurrent treatment plans.

Cynthia is a popular workshop facilitator and speaker working with communities seeking to promote health and wellness. She is one of the first yoga therapists in the United States certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
