Cynthia is a yoga therapist, wellness coach, meditation guide, and somatic mindfulness educator working with adults and athletes who live with injury, illness, pain, and stress, to achieve health and well-being goals. She uses the ancient wisdoms of Yoga and Ayurveda combined with modern scientific evidence-based practices to support clients through life's challenges and transitions. Cynthia is a sought-after workshop facilitator and speaker working with communities seeking to promote health and wellness.

Her approach is gentle and compassionate. She  encourages you to progress in tune with your own body’s innate wisdom. Clients improve their physical, mental and spiritual strength, flexibility, balance, fitness and quality of life. She is especially passionate about developing your skills and abilities to reduce stress and regulate your nervous system.

Cynthia draws on 20+ years of experience to help you gain relief  from trauma, stress, chronic pain, chronic illness, insomnia, anxiety and depression. She is drawn to the care of people and groups living with nervous system disorders including fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s disease, IBS and MS, as well as immune system disorders, heart related conditions, disordered eating, and long COVID.

Clients receive custom-designed therapeutic plans to promote your best health considering your preferred learning style, health status, lifestyle and resources. Cynthia collaborates with your healthcare team, including chiropractors, acupuncturists, holistic nutrition specialists, physical therapists, psychologists, among others to ensure support concurrent treatment plans.
